How do I order fabric samples?
We offer swatches for most of our fabrics to help you feel the texture and see the true color. Simply click the 'Order a Sample' button on the product page to add a 10cm x 10cm swatch to your cart.
What is the minimum order length?
Our minimum cut for all fabrics is 0.5 meters. After the first half-meter, you can order in increments of 0.1 meters to ensure you get exactly what you need for your project.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our premium fabrics worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.
What is your return policy on cut fabric?
Please note that once fabric has been cut to your specific length, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty. We highly recommend ordering a sample first if you are unsure about a color or weight.
Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece?
Yes, all fabric orders are cut in one continuous length. If for any reason we cannot provide a continuous piece due to a bolt break, our customer service team will contact you before shipping.
Should I pre-wash my fabric before sewing?
We generally recommend pre-washing natural fibers like cotton and linen, as they may shrink. For delicate silks and wools, we suggest dry cleaning or testing a small swatch first.
