At Tessuti Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or notions do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the fabric is uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition, then securely pack it with the original packing slip included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
